Job summary

Konrad is seeking a Strategy Manager to oversee large-scale, cross-functional programs with global clients as they transform digitally and adopt AI-driven products. You will guide AI-forward strategies, balance business goals with user-centric design, and mentor junior colleagues while working in a hybrid office setting in New York.

You will serve as the primary client contact, shape executive-level strategy, and ensure delivery meets evolving client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
An interest in user experiences, product innovation, and AI tech landscape.
Experience guiding clients toward actionable, analytical views.
Strong relationship-building with stakeholders and executive presence.

Responsibilities

Serve as Engagement Lead on strategic digital transformation programs and AI/product strategy work.
Manage cross-functional teams and advise executives on business models and growth opportunities.
Be primary day-to-day client contact, manage expectations, and resolve project issues.
Identify opportunities for business development and grow existing client engagements.
Lead creation of AI-forward digital solutions and operating models.
Bridge business objectives with elegant user experiences across Strategy, Design and Tech teams.
Design and facilitate executive workshops and large-scale project planning activities.
Prepare high-impact presentations and RFP responses for senior audiences.
