Job summary

Konrad Group in the United States is seeking an Associate Consultant on our Strategy team to help clients embrace digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions. You will collaborate with Design and Technology groups to turn business problems into human-centered digital products.

You’ll support senior staff on projects, gather insights through interviews, craft compelling exec-ready materials, and contribute to AI and product strategy activities while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; consulting exposure not required.
Strong writing and communication skills for enterprise audiences.
Comfort with presenting and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in understanding client business models and competitive pressures.
Support AI-forward digital solutions and operating models for clients.
Gather client process data via interviews and research.
Contribute to AI strategy and product strategy work.
Bridge business strategy with human-centered design.
