Job summary

Konrad in New York seeks a Strategy Consultant to guide global organizations through digital transformation and AI-enabled product innovation. You will collaborate with Design and Technology teams to turn complex business problems into human-centered solutions and own strategic workstreams.

You will facilitate workshops, shape AI-forward strategy and operating models, prepare high‑impact presentations and RFP responses, and travel globally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong user experience and AI product knowledge.
• Ability to structure complex problems and present analytical POV.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients and teams on business models and AI opportunities.
• Create AI-forward digital solutions and operating models.
• Analyze client processes and market position via research and interviews.
• Contribute to digital transformation advisory and AI strategy.
• Lead workshops and develop strategic presentations and RFPs.
