Konrad Group seeks an Associate Consultant in Strategy to partner with global clients on digital transformation and AI-enabled product initiatives. You will work with our Design and Technology teams to turn business challenges into human-centered digital solutions.

You will support senior staff on project delivery, conduct research, and help shape AI-driven product strategies for diverse industries. This role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and hands-on client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; we hire from business, engineering, math, statistics, science, economics and beyond.
• Prior consulting experience is not required.
• Strong interest in user experiences and AI-driven products.
• Ability to structure complex problems and present clear analyses.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients in understanding their business models, goals and competitive pressures.
• Contribute to AI-forward digital solutions and target-state operating models.
• Gather information via stakeholder interviews and research.
• Support AI strategy and product strategy work.
• Bridge business strategy with human-centered design with Design & Technology teams.
• Participate in user experience design thinking workshops and architecture sessions.
• Prepare presentations, RFP responses and client collateral to senior standards.
• Track AI, digital and product innovation trends for client deliverables.
