Job summary

Konrad is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead cross-functional engagements in the Strategy team, guiding digital transformation and AI-enabled product development for global clients. You will partner with Strategy, Design, and Technology teams to drive business value.

You will design and facilitate executive workshops, develop strategic visions for AI-enabled products, and mentor junior staff while traveling globally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong user experiences and AI/product innovation focus.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems for senior clients.
• Excellent writing and executive communication skills.
• Ability to lead in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work.
• Hybrid work model with four or more days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engagements with global organizations.
• Advise on AI-enabled digital solutions and operating models.
• Conduct executive interviews and advanced research.
• Shape AI strategy, product strategy, and design thinking workshops.
• Create influential client presentations and RFP responses.
• Mentor junior team members and lead by example.
• Present to senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
