Job summary

Konrad is hiring a Senior Consultant on our Strategy team to lead cross-functional engagements with global organizations as they embrace digital transformation and AI-enabled product innovation. You will guide AI strategy, influence product strategy, and mentor junior team members, working across Strategy, Design, and Technology to deliver human-centered digital experiences.

You will design executive workshops, oversee RFP responses, and travel globally for client work as required in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; consulting experience not required.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Passion for user experiences, product innovation, and AI tech landscape.
• Track record of structuring complex problems and guiding clients toward actionable views.
• Excellent writing and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engagements with global organizations on digital transformation and AI-enabled product strategy.
• Direct creation of AI-forward digital solutions and target-state operating models for leading clients.
• Oversee assessments of client processes and market position via interviews and research.
• Lead advisory work on digital transformation and AI-for-product strategy.
• Coordinate Strategy, Design, and Technology teams to align business objectives with user-centered experiences.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops and large-scale planning activities.
• Oversee high-impact presentations, business cases, RFP responses, and client collateral.
• Mentor junior team members and act as a thought leader on AI and product innovation.
