Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a program-focused professional to support an Enterprise Pricing Platform Transformation in Charlotte, NC. This role will act as a bridge among sales, product, and vendor teams, helping clarify requirements, capture feedback, and guide migration from legacy tools.

You will support change management activities, coordinate training, and ensure readiness for deployment as the platform rolls out to users by April 2026.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Strategy & Planning experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in sales enablement or sales tool implementations (CRM or enterprise tools).
• Comfortable in Agile environments and navigating ambiguity.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to present ideas clearly and act with ownership.
• Experience in large enterprise transformation programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between sales teams, internal product teams, and vendor partners to clarify requirements and move workstreams forward.
• Gather input from front-office teams, understand pain points, and obtain early feedback.
• Activate key product functionality, identify gaps, recommend solutions, and guide migration strategy from legacy tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Support change management initiatives including communication planning, staggered rollout planning, and training coordination.
• Update documentation, procedures, and knowledge base materials.
• Provide guidance between internal teams and vendor partners.
• Support strategic readiness planning for product deployment and adoption.
