Job summary

Chase is seeking a Head of Change Management to shape and operationalize policies and practices that support responsible community impact. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance, delivering measurable outcomes while embedding controls and ensuring clear communication from design through implementation.

The role emphasizes developing governance, readiness, and adoption plans, partnering with senior leaders to maintain accountability and strong risk

Qualifications

• 10 years of program or project management experience, or related experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience creating policies, procedures, or operating models in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong risk and controls mindset, embedding controls into processes and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives with meaningful financial and reputational risk considerations
• Define and implement policies, procedures, and governance to support effective execution
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance to align requirements and manage approvals
• Guide cross-functional workstreams to deliver solutions with strong controls and clear communications
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across teams and leadership levels
• Prepare and deliver executive-level updates and presentations across multiple channels
• Analyze issues and constraints, then translate them into actionable solutions and decisions
• Simplify complex topics into scalable processes, playbooks, and operating routines
• Coordinate change readiness activities, including communications, training, and adoption support
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues and removing roadblocks as needed
• Travel occasionally to support business needs and stakeholder engagement
