Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Head of Change Management within the Community and Business Development team to connect policy to execution, drive accountable change across Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance, and deliver measurable outcomes for the communities we serve.

You will shape governance, lead cross-functional initiatives, and communicate with executives, guiding adoption and ensuring strong controls while traveling occasionally to meet stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10 years of program or project management experience with strong analytical capability.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience creating policies, procedures, or operating models in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong risk and controls mindset, embedding controls into processes and delivery plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation.
• Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations for timely decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail with follow-through on commitments, actions, and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies.
