As a Head of Change Management in the Community and Business Development team, you will define and operationalize policies, procedures, and change practices that help us serve the communities where we operate while maintaining a strong risk and controls environment. You will work closely with partners across Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance to coordinate initiatives from design through implementation. You will bring people together across teams, clarify priorities, and keep communication crisp so we deliver measurable outcomes.
