Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, with a track record of delivering rigorous analysis and structured recommendations.
• Experience in commercial activities within the pharmaceutical industry broadly, or in Vaccines specifically, is strongly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to develop business cases, ROI models, and budget tracking mechanisms.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of managing complex timelines and ensuring accountability for deliverables.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities and scope.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio management and operations for the modernization agenda, designing KPI frameworks and surfacing risks to senior leadership.
• Develop analytical frameworks and decision-making methodologies for standard operating approaches.
• Develop ROI models and value realization tracking in partnership with Finance.
• Translate strategy and data into clear, well-structured presentations for leadership reviews.
• Design and maintain dashboards and decision-support tools for real-time visibility.
• Establish and manage formal intake process for consulting requests and project scoping.
