Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Director of Contract Analytics, New Customer Models and Transformation in Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA. You will lead analytical strategy for novel customer and payer contracts, coordinating cross-functional teams across Contract Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Operations to pressure-test models and build a unified point of view.

You will develop executive-ready analyses, quantify financial implications, and guide major transformation projects such as forecasting platform

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences experience across Contracting, Pricing, Market Access, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or Strategy.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Finance and Legal stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analytical response for new or evolving customer/payer contracting models, coordinating input across Contract Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
Build and present executive-ready analyses and recommendations on new models, quantify financial implications and risks.
Drive major transformation initiatives within Contract Analytics, coordinating business, analytical, and change-management workstreams.
Partner with forecasting, Digital teams to drive analytics model development and platform evolution.
Contribute to enterprise data modernization efforts ensuring data is governed and ready for advanced analytics.
