Job summary

Sanofi invites applications for a Director, Contract Analytics, New Customer Models and Transformation. Based in Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA, you will lead cross-functional analytics for new contracting models and major transformations across Contract Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

You will build executive-ready analyses on financial implications, forecast impacts, and strategic paths while staying ahead of payer, PBM, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences experience across Contracting, Pricing, Market Access, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or Strategy.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives or transformation projects.
• Executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with enterprise planning platforms and modern forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytical response for new or evolving contracting models, coordinating cross-functional sessions.
• Synthesize finance, legal, pricing/operations perspectives into a unified point of view.
• Build and present executive-ready analyses quantifying financial implications and risks.
• Monitor payer/pbm/regulatory changes and identify when new analyses are needed.
• Lead major transformation initiatives within Contract Analytics.
• Partner with forecasting platform implementation and Digital teams for analytics models.
• Coordinate enterprise data modernization to support advanced analytics.
• Drive governance improvements by quantifying pain points and proposing changes.
• Contribute analytics inputs to monthly finance reviews and rolling forecasts.
• Create repeatable analytical frameworks and documentation standards.
