Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Enterprise Data Strategy Lead in Morristown, NJ to define and execute multi-year data roadmaps across R&D, Medical Affairs, Launch Excellence, Discovery, and Commercial functions. You will lead agile, matrixed teams, translating complex data needs into executable roadmaps that inform brand strategy, market access, forecasting, and segmentation.

This role requires strong data strategy expertise, cross-functional influence, and the ability to bridge global and local market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative discipline, data science, health informatics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharma with GTM analytics, Launch Excellence or market access.
• 2+ years in data strategy, GTM data strategy, or RWD/RWE leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the enterprise data strategy with multi-year roadmaps across all business functions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize data requirements and use cases.
• Identify and evaluate data sources for fitness-for-purpose; conduct enterprise-wide assessments and gap analyses.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and governance to optimize data investments.
