Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is required.
• 4+ years in pharma/biopharma insights with GTM analytics exposure.
• 2+ years in data strategy, launch readiness, or RWD/RWE leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the enterprise data strategy with multi-year roadmaps across functions.
• Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, Commercial to identify data needs and use cases.
• Identify and evaluate data sources for fitness-for-purpose (EMR/EHR, claims, CRM, registries).
• Conduct enterprise-wide analytics assessments and gap analyses against business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance to optimize data investments and avoid duplication.
