Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including ability to compile and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for data manipulation and dashboarding.
• Experience with e-commerce or digital-channel analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning, target setting, portfolio prioritization, and regular assessment of the Specialty and Health Systems business.
• Provide competitive intelligence, market updates, and actionable insights to Product Management, Sales, and senior leadership.
• Manage monthly forecasting, identify risks and opportunities, and support action planning.
• Partner with Portfolio and Business Development on new product and launch evaluations, including due diligence and business forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities across channels, product categories, technologies, and adjacencies; develop business plans and support internal approval.
• Prepare strategic updates, business reviews, senior management presentations, and strategy deployment governance materials with the Head of SRx and global Corporate Development.
• Generate sales, customer-mix, trend, and performance reports to guide commercial decisions.
• Use analytics tools to build dashboards integrating sales, contract, pricing, inventory, IQVIA, and customer data.
• Link product strategy, demand forecasting, and execution into a consistent management view.
