Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories invites a Director/Lead for Product & Pricing Management in Specialty Injectables (Generics).

The role develops and executes marketing strategies for a generic injectable portfolio and collaborates with Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory to drive revenue growth and portfolio performance. You will manage in-line products and new launches, forecast financials, and lead pricing and customer offers with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of generic pharmaceutical marketing experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of customer & competitor behavior, promotion process, product management and pricing.
• Experience with secondary market research (IQVIA, Symphony) and data dashboards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement generic injectable product strategies for in-line products and new launches.
• Develop product forecast (volume and financial) for assigned new products.
• Coordinate on new product prioritization, filing, pre-launch and launch, and lead commercial launch strategies including pricing.
• Review pricing vs market pricing and adjust pricing grid as needed.
• Develop financial forecast of the assigned product portfolio for annual budget and quarterly estimates.
• Monitor product performance vs budget and provide insights on variances.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to guide demand and supply planning.
• Develop product promotion strategy and plans.
