Job summary

Dr Reddy’s in Princeton, NJ seeks a Lead Product & Pricing Manager for its Specialty Injectables business to develop and execute marketing and product strategies for a generic injectable portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain and Finance to drive revenue growth and portfolio performance.

The role requires 5–7 years in generic pharmaceutical marketing, pricing experience, and strong leadership with cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of generic pharmaceutical marketing experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of customer and competitor behavior, promotion, product management and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement generic injectable product strategies for inline products and launches.
• Develop product forecasts (volume and financial) for assigned products.
• Coordinate on new product prioritization, filing, pre-launch and launch; lead commercial launch strategies including pricing and customer offers.
• Review pricing vs market trends and adjust pricing grids as needed.
• Forecast portfolio financials for annual budget and quarterly estimates.
• Monitor product performance and provide insights on variances to drive portfolio success.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to guide demand planning and supply planning.
• Develop product promotion strategies and plans.
