The role develops and executes marketing and product strategies for generic injectables, overseeing in-line products and launches, with a focus on pricing, forecasts, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of generic pharmaceutical marketing experience in product management.
• Experience with generic injectables and market access dynamics.
• Strong leadership, decision making, negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with secondary market research (IQVIA, Symphony).
• Proficient with MS Office, analytics, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement generic injectable product strategies for inline and new launches.
• Develop product forecasts for volume and financials.
• Coordinate new product prioritization, filing, pre-launch and launch.
• Lead pricing strategy and customer offers with sales teams.
• Review pricing against market and adjust pricing grid.
• Develop financial forecast for portfolio annual budget and quarterly estimates.
• Monitor product performance versus budget and propose improvements.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to guide demand and supply planning.
• Develop product promotion strategy and plans.
