Job summary

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Lead Product & Pricing Manager for Specialty Injectables. You will develop and execute marketing and product strategies for a generic injectable portfolio, collaborating with Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Market Research.

The role focuses on in-line products and new launches, pricing strategies, forecasting, and driving revenue growth, market share, and portfolio performance while reporting to Head Marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Major; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of generic pharmaceutical marketing experience in product management.
• Experience with generic injectable product launches, pricing and market access.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with secondary market research (IQVIA, Symphony).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and product strategies for generic injectable portfolio.
• Forecast volume and financials for assigned products and launches.
• Lead pricing strategies and customer offers with sales teams.
• Manage product portfolio financials, budgeting and quarterly estimates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Market Research.
