Job summary

Dr Reddy's Laboratories seeks a Senior Manager / Lead Associate Strategy & Analytics for the SRx business. The incumbent will turn market, customer, contract, pricing, inventory, sales, and launch data into insights to strengthen forecasting and governance across Specialty and Health Systems.

The role partners with Product Management, Sales, Finance, Portfolio, Business Development, and senior leadership to drive planning, analytics, and execution using AI-enabled tools and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical Engineering, Sciences, or related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA, Analytics, Statistics, or related discipline).
• U.S. generic pharmaceutical market experience desirable.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning, Governance, and Portfolio support: assist annual planning, prioritization, and management reviews.
• Commercial analytics, forecasting, dashboards: generate reports and build cross-functional insights.
• Sales and IDN execution: support hospital and IDN targets, manage quarterly reviews and performance.
• Digital process excellence and e-channel analytics: own digital analytics and AI-enabled process improvements.
