Job summary

Dr Reddy's Laboratories seeks a Manager / Lead Associate Product & Pricing Management SRx (Specialty generic injectables) to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies, manage annual budgets and revenue projections, and coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive product revenues.

Responsibilities include forecasting, pricing strategy, pre-launch and launch activities, and producing SAP reports to track pricing, contract pricing, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals / Marketing or Business; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of industry experience.
• 2–3 years of generic pharmaceutical marketing experience; generic injectable experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Hospital, IDN, Specialty Clinic and GPO channels.
• Strong understanding of sales force needs, market trends, customer requirements and competitor behavior, pricing and promotion in Health Systems.
• Good communication, financial, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with secondary market research (IQVIA, Symphony).
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement generic injectable product strategies and manage in-line products and launches.
• Forecast volume and financials for new products to enable evaluation and production planning.
• Forecast and monitor annual budget and quarterly estimates; analyze variances.
• Formulate strategy maps and set near/long-term market share targets using customer inputs and market research.
• Guide demand planning with cross-functional teams to maximize portfolio value.
• Coordinate Pre-Launch and Launch, pricing strategies, and target positioning for IDN sales.
• Review and adjust pricing in response to market changes and competition.
• Create marketing materials and obtain approvals for marketing content (OPDP).
• Build and publish SAP reports tracking pricing, contracts, and sales performance.
