The Freeman Company (TFC Brands) is seeking a Strategist to join our Growth-focused Strategy & Insights practice. You will lead client engagements with senior event organizers, applying structured problem solving and data-driven analysis to identify new revenue opportunities in live and online events.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of strategy consulting experience, strong storytelling with slide-based deliverables, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to help scale our offerings and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
• 2+ years of management consulting experience.
• 3-5 years of related professional experience.
• Strong observation and analytical skills with business acumen.
• Experience building slide-based client deliverables for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and storytelling for wide audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple project types and industry research to identify opportunities and create value in the event industry.
• Develop strategic growth frameworks using data-driven tools and quantitative analysis.
• Organize and analyze data; create compelling executive presentations with clear actions.
• Support development of financial and pricing models to drive growth for in-person events; lead scenario analysis where needed.
• Engage in industry events to observe and analyze findings to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Insights and Freeman to develop new approaches and frameworks for the sector.
• Build and maintain client communication and relationships; demonstrate client-centric approach.
