Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Strategy & Insights Strategist to advance event growth and profitability. You will partner with executive-level organizers, shaping growth frameworks and data-driven analyses while delivering high-impact client engagements across live and virtual events.

Based in the Growth team, you’ll build problem-solving capabilities, develop pricing models, and present strategies to senior stakeholders with compelling narratives and clear steps for action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Management, or related field preferred).
• 2+ years of management consulting experience in a management or strategy consulting firm
• 3-5 years of related professional experience
• Strong observation, analytical, and business acumen with abstract thinking
• Experience building slide-based client deliverables for senior stakeholders
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with AI tools for efficiency
• Ability to think critically and reason to evaluate alternative solutions

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple project types and industry research to identify opportunities and create value for clients.
• Support development of strategic growth frameworks using data-driven tools and quantitative analysis.
• Organize and analyze qualitative and quantitative data; create executive client presentations with clear actions.
• Help develop financial and pricing models to drive profitable growth for in-person events; lead scenario analyses when needed.
• Participate in industry events; observe and analyze findings to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Insights and Freeman to advance the events industry and client relationships.
