The Freeman Company invites a Strategist to join the Growth team in a hybrid role, contributing to Event Strategy and Profitable Growth with executive-level clients. Bring a consulting toolkit, problem-solving passion, and ownership to client engagements and team development.

You’ll work with senior organizers to drive growth, think strategically, and deliver data-driven insights that shape profitable strategies for live events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of management consulting experience in a management or strategy consulting firm
• 3-5 years of related professional experience
• Strong analytical, observational, and business acumen skills
• Experience building slide-based client deliverables for senior stakeholders
• Excellent written communication and ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across multiple project types using structured problem solving
• Develop strategic growth frameworks using data-driven tools and quantitative analysis
• Analyze data and prepare executive client presentations with actionable steps
• Create financial and pricing models to drive profitable growth for events
• Lead industry research and observe findings to identify revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with Strategy & Insights and Freeman teams to advance the events industry
• Build and maintain client relationships with a client-centric approach
• Support thought leadership and profitability initiatives across the team
