Job summary

The Freeman Company, a global leader in events, seeks a Research Strategist to drive client decisions through rigorous research within a fast-growing Strategy & Insights practice. You will work on live events, helping clients optimize growth and profitability across in-person and online formats.

You will partner with executive event organizers, craft research methodologies, and deliver insights that shape strategy and value creation for clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of management consulting experience or insights consultancy.
• 3-5 years of experience in research, insights or strategy consulting.
• Strong observation, analytical and business acumen skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive-level event organizers to drive community engagement and revenue.
• Design and field research including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Develop strategic growth frameworks leveraging data-driven tools and quantitative analysis.
• Create client deliverables with clear logic and actionable recommendations.
