Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Strategist to join the Growth team and help scale our Event Strategy and Profitable Growth capabilities. You will work directly with executive-level event organizers to drive community engagement and profitable revenue across in-person and online events.

Ideal candidates bring a consulting toolkit, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to own client engagements, shape how we work, and mentor peers as the team evolves. This is a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Management, or related field preferred).
• 2+ years of management consulting experience.
• 3-5 years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple project types and industry research to identify opportunities and drive client value.
• Support development of strategic growth frameworks using data-driven tools and analysis.
• Organize and analyze data and create executive client presentations with clear actions.
• Develop financial and pricing models to drive profitable growth for events.
• Participate in industry events and translate findings into revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate to develop new approaches and frameworks to advance the events industry.
• Build and maintain client communication and relationships.
• Demonstrate a client-centric approach on all engagements.
• Lead thought leadership and identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
