The Freeman Company is seeking a Strategy & Insights Strategist to partner with executive-level event organizers and lead client engagements. You will shape growth strategies, build financial models, and deliver compelling presentations that drive profitable growth for live events, both in-person and online, in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/management or related field.
• 2+ years in management/strategy consulting.
• 3-5 years of related professional experience.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with problem-solving ability.
• Experience creating slide-based client deliverables for executives.
• Clear and concise written communication for broad audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across multiple project types using structured problem solving.
• Develop strategic growth frameworks leveraging data-driven analysis.
• Analyze data and craft executive client presentations with actionable steps.
• Develop financial and pricing models to drive growth for events.
• Attend industry events; observe and analyze findings for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Insights and Freeman to advance the events industry.
• Build and maintain client communication and relationships.
• Demonstrate client-centric approach on engagements.
• Lead thought leadership and profitability strategies within the team.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Management, or related field preferred)

2+ years of management consulting experience

3-5 years of related professional experience

Strong observation, analytical, and business acumen skills

Experience building slide-based client deliverables

Ability to write clearly for a wide audience

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; AI tools understanding
