Job summary

The Freeman Company is a global events leader applying data-driven insights to steer client decisions. We seek a Research Strategist to join a fast-growing Growth team, partnering with executive event organizers to drive engagement and profitable revenue for live and online events.

You will work in a hybrid schedule supporting the Growth team, travel up to 25%, and contribute to shaping new approaches and thought leadership in the live events industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2+ years of management consulting or insights experience.
• 3-5 years of research, insights or strategy consulting.
• Strong observation, analytical, and business acumen skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities through multi-project research and hypothesis-driven analysis.
• Design primary and secondary research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Create compelling executive client presentations with clear actions.
• Develop growth frameworks using data-driven tools and critical thinking.
• Collaborate across Strategy & Insights and Freeman teams to advance the events industry.
