Job summary

Scholar Rock seeks a strategic Workplace Services Senior Manager to lead site workplace strategy and day-to-day operations. You will shape space, services, and employee experience to support growth, with responsibility for occupancy planning, hospitality, vendors, budgets, and site readiness.

The role is primarily on-site with some schedule flexibility for key meetings and events, reporting to the Facilities leadership team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in workplace services, facilities, or related field.
• Experience leading teams or complex programs in workplace services.
• Strong space planning, occupancy, and hospitality knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Space Planning & Workplace Strategy: lead short- and long-range space planning and occupancy plans.
• Workplace Operations & Experience: manage daily workplace experience and hospitality-forward environment.
• Vendor, Contract & Financial Management: oversee budgets, contracts, POs, invoices, spend.
• Stakeholder Partnership: build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Projects, Moves & Change Management: lead or support moves, renovations, and related projects.
• Operational Excellence & Performance Management: develop standards, metrics, and reporting.
