Job summary

Supernal is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Services to lead and integrate Workplace Operations, EHS, and Real Estate Strategy across all facilities. You will drive safety, optimize real estate investments, and enable operational continuity across offices, labs, and test environments.

Responsibilities include leading a team, developing a comprehensive workplace strategy, and serving as a strategic advisor to leadership on safety, real estate decisions, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years combined experience in EHS, workplace operations, and/or corporate real estate.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, Cal/OSHA) and safety management systems.
• Experience managing corporate real estate portfolios and lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workplace operations across all facilities and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Oversee security programs, access control, CCTV, and incident response.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive continuous improvement in facilities services.
• Coordinate relocations, office consolidations, and space planning across sites.
• Develop governance frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, Engineering, and Test teams to support workplace needs.
