Job summary

Crusoe seeks a Change Manager to drive the people side of transformations across real estate, offices, and workplace tools. You will partner with the workplace team and cross-functional partners to build readiness strategies, craft communications, and coach employees through transitions using proven methodologies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of change management experience, strong stakeholder influence, and excellent communication skills in a fast-growing tech setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, HR, or PM.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong listening skills to surface concerns with empathy and clarity.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Experience leading workplace or real estate change programs.
• Collaborative work style with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for complex initiatives.
• Background in fast-scaling technology environments.
• Experience partnering with executives on enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for office moves, expansions, and facility transformations.
• Develop change strategies, roadmaps, and readiness assessments.
• Align leadership, managers, and teams to sponsor and model change.
• Engage stakeholders across levels to ensure adoption and buy-in.
• Design and deliver multi-channel communications for transitions.
• Collaborate on targeted training to build capability and confidence.
• Anticipate resistance, coach managers, and mitigate adoption risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to keep initiatives aligned.
• Track adoption metrics and report impact on business goals.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
