Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Change Manager to lead people-focused transformations across our global portfolio. You will build readiness strategies, craft communications, and coach employees through transitions using proven frameworks like Prosci ADKAR.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and partners with workplace teams and leaders to minimize resistance and maximize adoption. The role requires 5+ years in change management and experience guiding workplace or real estate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, HR, or PM.
• Proven stakeholder influence in driving alignment without direct authority.
• Exceptional active listening skills with empathy and clarity.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability as initiatives evolve.
• Demonstrated experience leading workplace/real estate change projects (office moves, space redesigns).
• Experience in a collaborative workplace team and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Change Impact Assessment: analyze current vs future state for impacts on people, processes, and systems.
• Change Strategy & Roadmapping: create plans and timelines aligning with milestones.
• Readiness Assessments: evaluate organizational readiness and identify gaps.
• Leadership Alignment: partner with senior leaders to activate sponsors.
• Stakeholder Engagement: involve stakeholders across levels in the change journey.
• Communication Design & Delivery: craft multi-channel communications and assets.
• Training Collaboration: design and deliver targeted training programs.
• Resistance Management: anticipate friction and coach managers to navigate adoption.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: act as a trusted daily contact across teams.
• Metrics & Reporting: track adoption metrics and impact on goals.
• Travel: 10% domestic and international travel.
