Crusoe is seeking an experienced Internal Communications professional to align and energize employees across manufacturing, construction sites, and offices. You will own comms strategy, architecture, and content in partnership with executives, creating engaging, clear messaging that reinforces our high‑performance culture.

You’ll lead HR comms, change management, and internal programming while ensuring the employer brand is visible in spaces and channels, enabling leaders to communicate

• Clear, brief, differentiated writing with concise messaging.

• Expertise in change management and people initiatives.

• Fluency with Slack, Google Workspace, Confluence, and PM tools.

• Develop and own comms strategy and architecture.

• Organize speaker series and internal/external programming.

• Gather employee feedback through simple mechanisms.
