You will direct a team in developing strategic human capital initiatives, including hiring, retention, performance management, and workforce development.

Responsibilities include stakeholder analyses, current-state assessments, and delivering implementation plans with senior leadership briefings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading strategic human capital transformation and implementation solutions.
• Experience directing teams and managing complex projects.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder analyses, personas and journey maps.
