Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment to lead workforce transformation efforts for the DHS CHCOO. You will guide a team in developing strategic human capital plans, including hiring, retention, and performance management, and deliver implementation roadmaps for complex solutions.

The role requires seven+ years in strategic human capital transformation and five+ years in management consulting, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust, with adjudication before onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Seven or more years of experience leading strategic human capital transformation and directing teams, with five or more years in management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation efforts for DHS CHCOO and guide a team in developing strategic human capital plans.
• Direct stakeholder analyses, personas, and journey maps; drive implementation plans and status updates for senior leaders.
• Develop metrics to evaluate effectiveness and communicate program progress to executives.
• Provide direction to a team of at least 5 on complex solutions and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining technical accuracy and standards.
