Qualifications

3–7 years in workforce transformation, workforce planning, HR transformation, consulting, or business analysis.
Knowledge of operating model design, workforce planning, capability modeling, and talent strategy.
Experience with diagnostics, maturity assessments, and capability-gap analyses.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including ROI/value-case development.
Ability to translate workforce and talent data into strategic insight.

Responsibilities

Support execution of workforce transformation engagements through research, analysis, and deliverable development.
Gather and synthesize workforce data and benchmark current-state performance.
Translate findings into executive-ready recommendations for workforce planning, talent strategy, and related initiatives.
