Partner with operational leaders, Finance, Payroll, and HR to drive labor efficiency, compliance, and informed staffing decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in workforce management or healthcare operations.
• Advanced Excel and workforce analytics skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and improvement of scheduling tools and processes.
• Develop labor forecasts from historical trends and census projections.
• Provide education to leaders on scheduling and workforce optimization.
• Build dashboards and analytics for workforce metrics.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

5 years of workforce management, time and attendance, payroll, HRIS, labor analytics, scheduling, or healthcare operations experience

Advanced Microsoft Excel, reporting, and workforce analytics experience

Education on workforce planning and staff optimization
