Job summary

HealthPartners in Kentucky seeks a Staffing and Scheduling Manager to plan, manage, and evaluate staffing and analytics within the hospital staffing department. You will develop plans and timelines and coordinate daily scheduling to meet patient care needs.

You will partner with hospital leaders, HR, and service lines to recruit, hire, and onboard staff, oversee schedulers, and analyze key data to assess financial impact and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least five years staffing experience in acute care nursing.
• Proficient in MyTime and Excel; knowledge of MNA and SEIU 113 contracts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, coordinate, and evaluate staffing and analytics in hospital staffing.
• Partner with operational leaders to ensure adequate staffing for patient care.
• Oversee scheduling staff and onboarding processes.
• Develop initiatives and staffing models for Surgical Services.
• Communicate effectively and drive process improvements.
