Job summary

Amazon in Austin, TX is seeking a Workforce Management Sr. Program Manager to define and deliver cross-vertical labor initiatives spanning Forecasting, Staffing, and Scheduling.

You will shape store leadership structures and collaborate with Finance, HR, and Field teams to implement scalable solutions aligned with WWGS priorities. Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver strategic workforce management initiatives across Forecasting, Staffing, and Scheduling verticals.
• Define midterm projects and milestones aligning with the WWGS labor strategy.
• Coordinate requirements across Forecasting, Staffing, and Scheduling STOs for cohesive execution.
• Define and drive strategic projects spanning multiple verticals with clear milestones and success criteria.
• Identify and resolve blockers; provide actionable mitigation plans.
• Drive stakeholder management across senior leadership; consolidate status reporting and communicate progress and risks.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined success criteria and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Finance, Process, Field, and HR to shape leadership structures across retail formats.
• Leverage data and AI to model workforce scenarios for informed decisions.
