Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Arlington, VA, seeks a Workforce Management Senior Program Manager to define and deliver strategic initiatives across Forecasting, Staffing, and Scheduling within WWGS Workforce Management.

You will lead cross-functional programs, partnering with Finance, Process, Field, HR, and leadership to shape store leadership structures and drive scalable delivery using data and AI to model workforce scenarios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver strategic workforce management initiatives across Forecasting, Staffing, and Scheduling.
• Define midterm projects and milestones to advance the WWGS labor strategy.
• Coordinate requirements across Forecasting, Staffing, and Scheduling STOs.
• Define and drive strategic projects spanning multiple verticals with clear milestones and success criteria.
• Identify and resolve blockers; elevate risks with mitigation plans.
• Drive high-level stakeholder management and reporting to senior leadership.
