Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Workforce Planning Partner (People Services) to partner with Business, Finance, and HR/TR leads. You will develop workforce plans, advise on profiles, locations, and budgets, and build scenario models in Workday HCM/HPA/Adaptive.

You will ensure data integrity across HR systems and support major organizational changes with compliant processes. Ideal candidates have a degree and advanced HCM skills, with experience in Workday or SAP HR, strong Excel reporting,

Qualifications

• Degree required.
• Advanced HCM skills with Workday or SAP HR experience.
• Strong data reporting and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and regional employment laws.
• Ability to work in multi-cultural, multi-country settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business, Finance, and HR/TR to execute workforce planning actions.
• Advise on workforce choices and budget implications.
• Build workforce scenario plans in Workday HCM/HPA/Adaptive; share budgets.
• Align plan finalization and facilitate approvals.
• Coordinate with HR/TR and Total Rewards to ensure job profiles exist in Workday.
• Ensure integrity of supervisory organizations and location structures.
• Provide analytical support for complex employee data management.
• Manage large-scale restructures and workforce changes.
• Ensure restructures and exits comply with global design and local laws.
• Create solutions for significant changes including separations.
