Job summary

7-Eleven seeks a Workforce Planning Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide workforce planning governance, data integrity, and reporting. You will align Workday positions with approved plans, drive organizational structure improvements, and partner with HRIS, compensation, and finance to inform decision making.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and systems skills, experience in Workday/Adaptive planning, and a track record of cross-functional program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Workday/Adaptive Planning certifications a plus
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards
• Experience leading programs or cross-functional initiatives
• Knowledge of workforce planning, position management, and organizational structures

Responsibilities

• Lead governance of workforce planning processes, tools, and reporting
• Assess alignment of requests with approved workforce plans and headcount assumptions
• Provide recommendations and escalation for changes affecting workforce planning
• Create and maintain Workday positions aligned with workforce plans
• Develop and improve Workday position management and supervisory structures
• Build and manage dashboards and recurring reporting for workforce planning
