Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a senior leader to design, develop, and manage the workforce planning capability across our contact center and operations. You will lead the workforce planning diagnostics and consulting to support enterprise goals, acting as the primary thought leader in this space.

You will oversee strategy development, tooling, and enterprise alignment, guiding regional and global planning efforts with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Five or more years related work experience in workforce planning, consulting, or data analysis.
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Expertise in workforce strategy, analytics, scenario modeling, and strategic talent planning. Translating business strategies into actionable workforce plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning strategy and enterprise view development.
• Direct consulting engagements to support large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Serve as subject-matter expert in workforce planning and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR to identify talent sources and critical workforce segments.
• Develop and maintain analytic capabilities to support reporting and decision making.
