Vanguard seeks a strategic Portfolio and Planning lead to drive workforce planning, budgeting, and portfolio prioritization in a hybrid, United States-based setting. You will develop executive dashboards, partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, and deliver data-driven insights for resource allocation and governance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, financial controls, and continuous improvement to align strategy with execution and organizational value.
