Qualifications

• Strong data visualization and analytics with PowerBI and Excel modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and capacity management aligned with priorities and demand.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and governance processes.
• Facilitate portfolio prioritization, evaluate initiatives, and develop business cases.
• Define executive reporting, KPIs, and dashboards for visibility into performance.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and operating rhythms.
• Identify and drive process improvements to raise efficiency and value.
