Job summary

Vanguard seeks a senior leader to oversee workforce planning across contact center and operations. You will direct diagnostics, consultations, and enterprise-wide plans, acting as a subject matter expert and thought leader in workforce strategy.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, guiding performance standards, and partnering with HR to align talent strategies with business objectives. A hybrid work model is in place to support collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related work experience with three years in workforce planning, consulting, or data analysis.
• Supervisory experience preferred and a degree or equivalent mix of training and experience.
• Expertise in workforce strategy, analytics, scenario modeling and strategic talent planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning strategy and develop enterprise-wide workforce plans.
• Direct workforce planning engagements and provide advanced consultations.
• Collaborate with HR to identify talent gaps and sources for strategic growth.
• Develop analytics capability and maintain tools/templates for planning.
• Serve as a thought leader on workforce planning across the organization.
