Job summary

Vanguard in Malvern is seeking a senior leader to manage the design, development, and delivery of our workforce planning capability across contact center and operations. You will steer workforce analytics, consult on strategic talent initiatives, and act as the SME for workforce planning across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Five years of related work experience with workforce planning, consulting, or data analysis.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning across contact center and operations to align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain workforce analytics, tools, and enterprise view guidance.
• Oversee staff, set performance expectations, and guide training and compensation decisions.
• Collaborate with HR to identify talent needs and new sourcing strategies.
• Conduct scenario planning and predictive modeling to forecast needs.
