You will drive executive reporting and collaborate with leaders to ensure alignment of strategy and execution in a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Experience with portfolio management and financial budgeting.
• Strong resource planning and data-driven decision support.
• Proficiency with PowerBI and advanced Excel modeling.
• Experience with Claude Code or AI tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workforce planning to align capacity with priorities and demand.
• Support financial planning: budget, forecasting, variance analysis, performance monitoring.
• Lead portfolio planning, evaluate initiatives, develop business cases and investment analyses.
• Define and monitor executive dashboards and KPIs for strategic progress.
• Partner with leadership to plan, govern, and execute business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning, governance, reporting, and processes.
