You will partner with senior leaders to align resources, investments, and priorities, delivering actionable insights for near‑term goals and long‑term outcomes.

You will own planning, prioritization, and operating rhythms, providing executive‑level analysis and data‑driven recommendations to optimize performance and value creation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated governance and workforce planning experience.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
• Ability to synthesize data into executive insights for decision making.
• Proficiency with PowerBI and advanced Excel modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning to align capacity with priorities and demand.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and governance across the portfolio.
• Develop business cases and data‑driven recommendations for investments.
• Define executive KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for organizational health.
